Rashi Khivesara

Rashi is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants who specializes in entry – exit valuations and sensitivity analysis for private equity and debentures placements. She has extensive experience in advisory services on Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), Corporate Compliances, transfer Pricing, International matters (including International taxation and cross border consultation). She has undertaken various assignments of incorporation of subsidiaries in India and Overseas.
